They're trying to trick you into letting someone come to your house to try to sell you a solar water heater. Of course, sometimes they mess up and call a tech geek and provide a little too much information so I, uh, I mean the 'tech geeks' can run a full trace. Thanks, suckers. Keep a book near your phone.
